All classes are held at our studio at 8229 Oak St, New Orleans, Louisiana
  | Bikram Yoga (Hot) 1 hour 30 minutes A series of 24 asanas and two pranayamas, which works the entire body, and practiced in a heated room

  | Bikram Yoga (Hot) Express 1 hour Students will perform one set of each pose plus one or more in between to prepare them for the advanced class
|
  | Bikram Yoga (Warm) 2 hours An introduction to advanced poses
|
- Arrive 15 minutes early to register and advise the instructor
of any chronic physical problems, recent surgeries, injuries or
pregnancy.

- Classes are 60 to 120 minutes in length.

- Bring a towel, washcloth, bottled water and yoga mat (we sell
water and mats).

- Wear "jogging clothes" such as shorts, leotards and
jog bras, but NO sweats.

- The room is heated (bikram and hot yoga only) - be prepared to sweat. There are changing
rooms and restrooms, but no showers. Bring a change of clothes for after class
and a plastic bag to carry away wet yoga clothes.

- Always practice yoga on an empty stomach.

- Come fully hydrated — drink lots of water before and after class

- NO SHOES ALLOWED IN THE YOGA STUDIO!
